FIC Program
FIC (Functional Integration Centre) Program
The FIC (Functional Integration Centre) Program empowers individuals to learn and develop skill sets to help themselves and others move with ease and live with ease.
The FIC Program is a series of classes based on the philosophy and principles or the Feldenkrais Method by Dr Moshe Feldenkrais. It is highly-effective and empowers you with a skill you can use for life.

Through simple movement-thought exercises based on the Feldenkrais Method, create new
brain-body connections and improve your physical, mental and emotional wellness.Level 1: Elementary (3 Modules x 5 Sessions)
Empower yourself with the first step to learn how to improve mobility, coordination, stability and ease of movement. Over 15 sessions, expand your body awareness and explore your movement and thinking patterns.
Learn about the 3 fundamental principles and the philosophy of this work that will empower you to awaken your brain’s capability to learn and organise your body movement.
Begin to expand movement possibilities as you learn about different parts of the body and how the body functions holistically.

Level 2: Intermediate (3 Modules x 5 Sessions)
Level 2 takes you further to apply the way you move on a daily basis. How do you sit, stand, rise from a chair or the floor?
Through carefully designed mind-body movements, students develop a deeper understanding of various parts of their bodies and how they work together.
Over 15 sessions, develop a stronger sense of yourSELF and new movement possibilities and go about your daily life with more energy and ease.

Level 3: Advanced (20 Sessions)
Level 3 is for individuals who wish to apply their knowledge and skills to help their loved ones and friends.
Develop the skill of observing movement patterns of a person and learn how to bring awareness and change to others through gentle and non-invasive touch.
The awareness and connection to one’s body and mind deepens as the skills of observation and functional integration work becomes sharper, enabling more advanced applications.
